At FT Traders, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or damaged.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required to process your return and refund request.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return request and the product is inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
• Any custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return:

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

Exceptions:

In the event the product is faulty or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
